Privacy Policy
Last updated 11 October 2026
This policy explains what personal information Clockworks collects through this website and when you book a call, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Who we are
Clockworks designs, builds and tests ecommerce experiences for Shopify brands. We are based in Perth, Western Australia. In this policy, “Clockworks”, “we” and “us” mean us. You can reach us at hello@stefanbozic.digital.
2. What we collect
- When you book a call: your name, work email address, website and monthly revenue band. If you complete a booking, our scheduling provider also records the time you choose and anything you add to the booking.
- When you contact or speak with us: the content of your emails and messages, and our notes from calls.
- When you become a client: the information we need to deliver our services, such as access to your store and your testing and analytics tools. A separate client agreement covers this, including how we handle your customers’ data.
- Technical information: like any website, our hosting and the services that deliver our fonts and booking calendar receive standard technical data such as your IP address and browser type. We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies on this website. If that changes, we will update this policy first.
3. How we use it
- To schedule and prepare for calls, including reviewing your store beforehand.
- To assess whether we are a good fit, and to reply to you.
- To provide and improve our services if you become a client.
- To keep business records and meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to make automated decisions about you.
4. Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run Clockworks, such as our scheduling provider, our email and video-call providers and our website host, and only as far as they need it to provide their service. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Some of these providers store data outside Australia, including in the United States.
5. How long we keep it
We keep booking and enquiry details only as long as we need them for the purposes above. If you don’t become a client, that is generally no longer than 24 months after our last contact. We keep client records for as long as our agreement and the law require.
6. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@stefanbozic.digital. We reply within 30 days.
Depending on where you live, you may have further rights, for example under the EU or UK GDPR or US state privacy laws. You can also complain to a regulator, such as the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
7. Security
We use reasonable safeguards, such as access controls and reputable providers, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
8. Children
Our website and services are for businesses. They are not directed to anyone under 18.
9. Changes
We will post any changes on this page and update the date at the top.
