Terms of Use

Last updated 11 October 2026

These terms apply to your use of this website. By using it, you agree to them.

1. About this website

This website describes the conversion rate optimisation services of Clockworks, based in Perth, Western Australia. It is general information, not an offer. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement, which prevails over anything on this website.

2. Results and the guarantee

Results on this website are specific clients’ outcomes, often reported as projections from testing tools such as Intelligems. They are not a promise of future performance, and they are not typical of every brand.

Our guarantee, including how results are measured, the threshold and its timing, applies only as set out in a signed client agreement.

3. Booking a call

When you book a call, you agree to give accurate information. Booking a call does not create a client relationship or an obligation on either side. Scheduling is provided by a third party, whose own terms also apply.

4. Intellectual property

The content, design, code and visuals on this website belong to Clockworks or its licensors. You may view the website and share links to it. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse its content without our written permission.

5. Acceptable use

Please don’t misuse the website. That includes trying to disrupt it, trying to gain unauthorised access, scraping it at scale, or using it for anything unlawful.

6. Third-party services and links

The website may link to or load services operated by others. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. Disclaimer and liability

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Clockworks is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, or any other law, that cannot be excluded.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. The courts of Western Australia have non-exclusive jurisdiction.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Questions: hello@stefanbozic.digital. See also our Privacy Policy.
